Pale straw yellow, with a fine copper-red hue. Intense aromas of fresh apple peel, a hint of walnut, some dried herbs, in the background ripe pears. Slender, white apple, mineral, carried by a light oxidative touch, salty aftertaste, fine rancio in the finish.
