Tasting Notes

Tasting from 07.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant ruby with a delicately brightening rim. On the nose there are notes of raspberry and yogurt, plus fine leathery tones and oak. On the palate, the oak is equally perceptible, with a substantial course, then unfortunately drying in the finish.
