Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Light shimmering brown-red with garnet reflections. Finely drawn nose of ripe cherry and elderberry, delicate cedar notes and mocha, coffee grounds in the background. Juicy on the palate on notion, fills the palate compactly, delicate and polished, winding delicately bitter into the long finish.
