Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.03.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Ruby red with cherry red reflections. Somewhat restrained on the nose, fine notes of ripe raspberries, cocoa butter and rosehips, subtly vegetal in the background. Hearty on the palate, enveloped in vivid tannins, creamy fruit texture, clear use of wood, gripping finish.
