Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 14.02.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant, ruby red, with brightening on the rim. Elegantly restrained on the nose, with initial notes of flint, then with air, plum and white pepper. Structured and precise on the palate, notes of blood orange and mint, ripe tannins, a refreshing acidic structure and a lingering, salty finish.
