Tasting from 28.08.2014

Deep dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Dark berry fruit with a fine hint of nougat and spices, a hint of smoked bacon, fine slate minerality. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherry fruit, well-integrated tannins, chocolatey touch, finesse-rich structure, lingers well, salty finish, a multi-faceted food companion with definite ageing potential.
