The red wine ICS Rosso Toscana IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery La Combarbia has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark ruby red color. Dark berryish nose of ripe cassis, blackberry and Amarena cherry. Subtle dark leather, a peppery aftertaste and a hint of plums. On the palate a nice density and structure opening with racy tannins. A polished finish with juiciness and great length.
