Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright straw yellow with delicate silver reflections and persistent mousse. On the nose, rich golden apple, some citrus fruit, fresh fruit salad, with some white chocolate on the finish. Youthful on the palate, with lots of primary aromas, juicy, on pomaceous fruit, dancing in the finish, clean, one-dimensional complexity.
