Bright straw yellow with green reflections and fine-grained mousse. Initially shy on the nose, reminiscent of peach and wild berries, with a slight aftertaste of lemon blossom. Full-bodied on the palate, with structure and clear fruit, showing fine drive and a certain tension, with a subtle bitter note on the finish.
