Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant ruby red with a sparkling reflection. Initially kitschy on the nose with a slight resin note, fresh cherries after aeration. Very juicy on the palate, slightly salty, appears crystalline, has good flow through to the finish, which is slightly drying.
