Tasting from 03.11.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright, delicately brightening ruby red. On the nose it shows with nuances of peppermint, ripe cherry, also some cinnamon pastry. On the palate it is juicy, with a beautiful acidic nerve, ripe wild berry fruit, carried by tight tannins, fine notes of tea, salty on the finish, with rich tannin.
