Tasting Notes

Tasting from 31.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a subtle brightening on the rim. Butter biscuits, rose petals and wild strawberries, undergrowth and sage. Full-bodied on the palate, notes of dark fruit, with tightly woven tannins that break up a little on the finish, slightly drying in the aftertaste.
