Delicate bouquet of preserved cherries, dried plums and blackberries. Ethereally outlined with notes of tobacco, black pepper and cedar wood. Intensely aromatic palate of spicy extract fullness and cool, taut mineral acidity. Youthful, polished tannins. Remains distinguished until the long, salty finish.
