The red wine Il Torriano Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery La Sala del Torriano has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brilliant ruby with dark core. Very fragrant and inviting nose, rich fresh plum, wild raspberries and blackberries. On the palate lots of ripe fruit, opens with grippy, savoury tannins, juicy and long, dark chocolate.
