Bergamot, apple and lemon balm on the nose, with just a hint of overripeness. It's juicy in the mouth with mellow phenolics, and a crisp acidity that balances the medium-bodied fruit. This is a well judged basic Riesling that shows just a touch of limestone and seashell.
