Tasting Notes
Yellow, but not too yellow. A hint of oxidation. You start to indulge. The aroma is reminiscent of dried mango, Ovaltine and limestone. The palate is youthfully fresh, really pithy and a hint of caramel candy creeps out on the finish. This Chardonnay has matured extremely beautifully and is multi-layered.
