Tasting Notes
Concentrated and multi-layered on the nose, limestone, Mirabelle plum, quince, apricot, mango, yellow flowers, subtle caraway, allspice, smoke and iodine notes. Calm and powerful on the palate, firm structure, fine-grained tannins, tight, ripe, straightforward acidity, salty through to the finish and in the aftertaste, with great certain ageing potential.
