The white wine »Molassefels« Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Brenneisen has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
A pale golden yellow in colour. The aroma initially reveals spicy oak, followed by aromas of bread crust and roasted chestnut. On the palate, the wine has enormous volume, texture, but also dense phenolics and a firm acidic nerve. Complex final fruit. Wow!
