The red wine »Doktorgarten» Spätburgunder Landwein trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Brenneisen has been rated in 2018 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
Light colour. Some new oak, but mainly a herbal savouriness, juniper berry, wax, and raspberry. Really creamy on the palate, infused with a carefully extracted amount of very fine tannins, accompanied by a subtle finesse which pushes the refinement to the extreme.
