Tasting Notes
Promising on the nose, ripe pear, yellow fruit, ripe apricot, aniseed, also some herbs and tea. On the palate well contoured, power that runs in the right direction, again ripe yellow fruit, also nice texture that is supported by a vivid and pithy acidity, citrus on the finish, with some appealing pepper and minerality. It is an original chardonnay, and is also a lovely food wine.
