The red wine »Chätsch« Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Brenneisen has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
Already quite dense on the nose: liquorice, plum, thyme, semi-sweet chocolate. A full dose of fine-grained, but also firm tannin showing the richness of the year, ripe, well-supported acidity, plenty of juiciness, integrated alcohol and a long-lasting tactile minerality.
