Tasting Notes
The animating, tart-fruity bouquet reveals aromas of quince, Boskop apple, apple leaves and a cool exoticism reminiscent of pineapple, as well as notes of yeast pastry and toast. The fine, foamy mousse is perfectly integrated. The grainy mouthfeel characteristic of Chenin Blanc gives this fresh wine a particularly lively structure. A well-tempered dosage rounds off the enjoyment perfectly.
