Tasting Notes
On the nose, a complex bouquet with aromas of quince, greengage, beeswax, lanolin, turmeric and kumquat, along with subtle notes of brioche and toast, as well as some sage and nougat. The juicy palate is pleasantly dry with an invigorating mousse, fresh acidity and a fine dosage that emphasises the fruit. A fine-grained mouthfeel and vinous character add further dimension. A first-class Crémant - both on its own and as an accompaniment to food.
