Tasting from 04.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby colour with a fine garnet sheen. Intense nose with lots of ripe wild raspberry, plum and some leather. Unfortunately, a lot of rough tannin on the palate, dries strongly, with a pronounced alcoholic finish and a hint of graphite.
