Tasting from 19.11.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Shiny, rich ruby with fine garnet shimmer. Opens with green savoury notes, in addition some fresh lemon, then a lot of ripe cherry. Round and balanced in the approach, then opens with grip as it unfolds but also a little drying tannin, seems quite brittle on the finish.
