The red wine Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Le Bertille has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Garnet red with a rich core. Aromas of ripe plums and dried dates, opens with notes of turnip, dark leather and damp tobacco on the nose. Gripping palate, considerable acidity, with good drive and grippy tannins, finishing a bit austere with ripe berry fruit and dark chocolate.
