Bright silver, green hints and a persistent mousse. On the nose, aromas of yellow flowers and wild berries with hints of crusty bread and cold smoke. Beautiful creaminess and finesse on the palate, elegant and well-balanced, flows smoothly. Having had a year of bottle ageing, it seems somewhat more sedate than it initially was.
