Bright, shiny silver-grey with a subtle mousse. Fresh pome fruit and some orange zest on the nose, reminiscent of wild berries and wet stone on the finish. On the palate, a clear taste of pome fruit, well-integrated dosage, juicy finish, clean and structured.
