Bright, brilliant straw yellow colour. Continuous and fine mousse. A complex bouquet on the nose with notes of fresh white-fleshed fruit and floral hints of wisteria and elderberry. Soft and creamy on the palate, with well-integrated sweetness and a fresh finish.
