Tasting Notes
Ruby red with a cherry-red core. Distinctly savoury on the nose, with notes of cinnamon, resin, coffee grounds and blood, echoing figs. Dark spices on the palate at the beginning, opens up to juicy cherry fruit, robust tannins, somewhat brittle in the finish.
