Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, rich, shimmering ruby red. A delicately reductive scent, remains closed for a long time, then a hint of elderberry, liquorice, and plum emerge. Juicy on the palate, but heavily marked by wood and remains fairly drying on the tongue.
