Tasting from 04.10.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Very dark, bright ruby red. Ripe wild berries on the nose carried by light powdered sugar, rich Amarena cherry, seems a bit ripe. Smooth and creamy on the palate at the start, evolves in a taut direction on the mid-palate, finishes slightly drying.
