Brilliant, bright pale yellow. Light yeasty notes on the nose, then melon and pear. Very dry on the palate for an Extra Dry, certain juiciness, which however changes to a drying aftertaste, seems unbalanced.

Brilliant, light straw yellow with persistent mousse. Fragrant, floral nose of orange blossom and a delicate hint of lemon. Cool juice on the palate supported by fine mousse, balanced, dry and clear on the finish.
