Tasting from 23.05.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant silver with persistent mousse. Cool, fresh nose, a hint of lemon juice. Accentuated crisp acidity on the palate with a superficial pull, steely and straightforward, lacks a little fruit, grippy.
