Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with a delicate mousse. Fragrant nose of candied citrus fruits, yellow roses and white peach, subtle hints of iodine and sea salt, with a latte aftertaste. On the palate with clear fruit and a gentle texture, very well-integrated mousse, hearty, with a delicately bitter aftertaste, harmonious, drinks well.

More about the tasting

Straw yellow with silver reflections. It has fine, vertical, fresh and citrus-like aromas. Just as straightforward on the palate, with fine and balanced acidity.
