Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, shimmering lemon yellow with golden reflections. Ripe yellow fruits, peach and yellow plums on the nose, then opens up to delicate buttercream and baked apples. Spreads delicately across the palate, initially brioche and yeast, somewhat cooler in the fruit at the back, shows a certain tension, medium-bodied on the finish.
