The red wine Harterberg, vintage 2015 from the winery Leo Aumann has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zweigelt from the region Thermenregion in Austria.
Deep dark ruby, opaque core with purple reflections and subtle brightening on the rim. An inviting bouquet of fine dark berry confit, black cherry, and delicate fine oak spice. A firm body with pronounced persistent tannins, notes of ripe plum and fine chocolate with nougat on the finish. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
