Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, deep core, youthful reflections. Fine pure cassis on the nose, delicate notes of blackberries, some dried tomatoes with air. Fresh on the palate, lemony structure, very lively, perhaps a touch too high acidity to be considered truly harmonious, lemony chocolate touch on the finish.
