Rich golden yellow colour. Fresh farmhouse bread, ripe yellow peach, honeydew melon and roasted black sesame on the nose. Full-bodied and mouth-filling on the palate with delicately integrated mousse and subtle hints of salted caramel. The finish shows refreshing nuances of grapefruit and preserved lemon. Characterful food wine with depth - vinified without added sulphur.
