Soy sauce, miso, tomato paste and black cherry in the background. Grainy in the mouth with medium density, full and full-bodied, lots of juiciness, lively acidity, fresh fruit, integrated alcohol, even slightly mineral undertones. An individual Merlot with great elegance.
