Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Blackcurrant and notes of blackcurrant leaf tea. Powerful and homogeneous in the mouth with sweet fruit on the palate, silky tannins, fine acidity and a hint of vanilla on the finish. Almost Californian in style, but well made.
