Somewhat nutty on the nose, cashew nuts, also coarse polenta, white flowers. Smooth at the start, then quite a strong acidity, slight sweetness, combines juiciness with texture, the medium-weight extract gives the wine drinkability without making it appear narrow. Very skilful winemaking.
