Medium golden yellow, green notes. Underpinned by yellow tropical fruits with a little honey blossom, some pineapple, a touch of passion fruit, orange zest hints. Good complexity, juicy, balanced acidity, extracted sweetness from apple, mineral, savoury oak elements, good persistence, versatile food companion.
