Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green colour. On the nose delicate blossom honey underlies aromas of white peach, a hint of lime zest, some passion fruit and notes of lemon balm. The palate is tight-knit and elegant, with a fine acid structure and some pineapple and apple on the finish, then a mineral-salty aftertaste. Long lasting and has definite ageing potential.
