The red wine Pavar Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Friuli Colli Orientali DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Lis Fadis has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Refosco from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Rich, almost impenetrable ruby red with a near-black core. Ripe Amarena cherries and blackberries on the nose, with a hint of coffee and some leather on the finish. Balanced on the palate, with fine-grained tannins, it's fresh and juicy with an elegantly fruity core and long finish.
