The red wine Bergul Rosso Friuli Colli Orientali DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Lis Fadis has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Refosco, Schioppettino, Merlot from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Brilliant ruby garnet with some brightening on the rim. Finely marked nose with notes of dark cherry, violets and plums. Fresh, juicy berryish fruit on the palate, opens with finely-meshed tannin, hearty on the finish.
