The franciacorta Monique Franciacorta Rosé DOCG Brut from the winery Lo Sparviere has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Franciacorta in Italy.
Intense, bright orange rose with persistent mousse. Dried raspberry and plum on the nose, also reminiscent of baked apple and wild berries, beautiful fresh tones on the finish. Juicy on the palate, with a crisp fruit core and well-integrated mousse, becoming minimally dry on the finish.
