Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Intense, shimmering cherry pink with persistent mousse. On the nose a slight yeasty tone, forest fruits and freshly squeezed orange, plus undertones of sweet cherries. On the palate straightforward, fresh, clear and with a salty nuance, elegant mousse and a delicate drive. Gluggable.
