Tasting from 05.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Cuvée from the 2014 to 2018 vintages; maturing ruby red. The aroma is characterised by sweet berry fruit. Blackcurrant pastilles and sour cherries, plus notes of allspice and some aniseed. Soft and supple on the palate, well-integrated acidity and gentle tannins.
