Intense bouquet with notes of sour cherry confit, elderberry and plum. Also hints of cocoa and liquorice as well as smoky, spicy nuances. Beautiful fresh acidity on the palate, red and dark berry fruit and spicy nuances. Fine, subtle tannins, long finish.
